Scott Johnson

Chief Executive officer

Scott has over 25  years of experience in the areas of sales, service relationships, and service operations management at both the domestic and international level. As CEO of CES, Scott oversees all of the respective functions within the company. His dedication and commitment to service excellence, customer satisfaction, and supporting all employees at the highest level is paramount.  Scott is very proud to lead and be part of such a professional, focused, and results driven team. Scott holds a BS in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.

Aaron Warrick

President & Chief operating officer

Aaron has over 30+ years of personnel management, field support and helpdesk experience. Aaron joined Fuji Photo Film USA in 1996, ultimately working as Regional Service Manager then coming to CES in 2007. As President and COO his responsibilities include managing and overseeing all of CES helpdesk, field service delivery and support functions as well as Human Resources.

Glenn Burns

Vice President of Human Resources

Glenn is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of management and executive experience in the  Human Resources field. Glenn has been with CES for more than 17 years. He is a graduate of American University in Washington D.C. and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) with SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification.

Manny Almeida

Chief Growth Officer

Manny joined CES in June 2022 after a 42-year Sales, Marketing, and General Management career as President of Fujifilm North America’s Imaging Division. Manny worked with some of the largest customers in the world, always focusing on providing the best service and protecting the Customers’ brand.  Manny is responsible for the strategy and execution of CES’ growth objectives.

Robin Davis

Senior Director, Financial Operations

Robin has responsibility for CES’s overall Financial Operations. Since joining CES in 2010 she has held a variety of positions from TSR, District Manager, National Operations Manager, and Director of Field Service-East. Prior to joining CES, Robin had management responsibilities in photo, home entertainment, and human resources for at Walmart for 20 years, before retiring in 2010 after spending 11 years in the Alaska and Hawaii markets.

John Potesta

Senior Director, Service Support

John has over 30 years of service management experience and has held management positions at Qualex, Konica, and Fujifilm. John has been with CES for over 16 Years and is responsible for Service Support functions across the company, which includes Information Technology Services, Education, Data Reporting & Analysis, Project Management, Customer Care, and Depot Repair administration. 

Carlos Cabral

Senior Director of Support Operations

With extensive experience in service and technology, ranging from manufacturing, product and business management, and multi-national technology transfers; Carlos has developed international service and support organizations for a variety of companies. At CES, Carlos is responsible for overseeing both the VAS and Quality Support team’s focused on Sales and Marketing Support, Preventative Maintenance, Customer Training, Replenishment and Installations, Help Desk, and the QSS team. Carlos joined CES in 2007.

Amy Erickson

Director of Staffing Services

Amy Erickson, a former Navy photographer with 28 years in the photo printing industry, has progressively advanced within CES since 2007. She has held various roles, including Installation Technician, Technical Support Representative, Elite Manager, and Quality Support Specialist Manager. Currently, she is the Director of Staffing Services, overseeing QSS, QST, and Elite/VASR teams. Her leadership focuses on continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Mark Drawhorn

Director of Technical support

Mark possesses over three decades of comprehensive experience in the service industry, complemented by more than two and a half decades of leading technical service teams. Since joining CES in 2007, he has assumed various roles, culminating in his current position as Director of Technical Support. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the Help Desk and providing second-level field support. Mark has garnered recognition for his work in promoting a customer-centric culture, contributing to enhanced overall customer satisfaction.
