PRE-DEPLOYMENT

There are many key factors that need to come together to ensure a successful launch of a new product or service in the marketplace. Finding a partner with the experience, expertise, and know-how to guide you through the process is critical.
WHAT IT IS:
Preparing to launch a new product requires considerable planning. There are a multitude of stages to consider once the equipment has been manufactured, including: Staging, Assembly, Testing, Logistics, and Shipping. CES can help with each stage to insure that your equipment is ready for use.

PROJECT PLANNING AND LOGISTICS

Depending on the needs of your company, CES will help plan, coordinate, and execute your project in accordance with your specific requirements. A Project Team will be dedicated to assuring that all elements are well executed and that your deployment is a success.

WAREHOUSING

CES leverages security and temperature controlled central warehouses, strategically located throughout the United States and Canada. The storage and shipment of entire units, as well as Pre-Installation testing and configuration, take place here.

TECHNICAL WRITING

CES assists with technical writing to complement deployment of equipment and the on-going support and service of your business. We will work with you to define your documentation needs and requirements. Once defined, CES employs the know-how to facilitate the technical writing process. Our experienced technical writers are knowledgeable, adroit, and can articulate even the most complex process in a clear, concise, and easy-to-follow manner. Whether you need operator set-up instructions, installation instructions, or technical manuals, CES is your source for all of your documentation needs.

PRE-INSTALLATION TESTING AND CONFIGURATION

CES will receive your product at a centrally located warehouse, unpack the unit, configure as required and perform final testing to guarantee minimal on-site installation time. We can also stock the merchandise into the machine prior to shipping to improve efficiency and speed-to-market.

PRE-INSTALLATION SITE INSPECTION

Once the final location has been agreed upon, CES will travel to the site to make certain that the proper unloading facilities exist, take measurements to ensure that the unit will be able to be located at the chosen location, and will provide pictures and documentation as required. CES will forward any concerns to your Project Manager to ensure a successful installation.

NETWORK AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATION

Utilizing customer-supplied equipment, CES will deploy to the site, and set up the monitoring equipment to validate the availability of a customer-required cellular network. Analytical data, as collected by the equipment, will be transmitted within the required specifications.

POWER AVAILABILITY AND QUALIT Y INSPECTION

Prior to installation, CES will deploy a technician to the installation site to confirm power availability. In addition, we will install a Power Analyzer to ensure that the supply voltage meets the manufacturer’s requirements. All data collected will be provided for review.
