Should Warehousing Services be utilized, CES can coordinate all shipping activity to the final location of the equipment, including the coordination of transportation and communication with the final location facility management staff.
Should the unit be shipped to the final installation location as a non-branded device, CES offers the ability to change signage, update software, and provide initial merchandise fulfillment or labeling, to ensure minimal on-site time.
CES will connect the equipment to the network of choice and run all appropriate connection testing. Any failures will be noted and communicated immediately to the customer Technical Support to commence troubleshooting and resolution.
Once the unit arrives at the final location, CES will complete the installation, including signage, software, operational checks, and diagnostics and cleaning to ensure the brand is professionally represented.
Shipping the merchandise to the nearest CES location, prior to the physical installation, ensures that the merchandise will be delivered to the site by the installing technician and brought into service immediately.
Upon the successful installation, CES can train the merchandising staff on how to complete the fulfillment, as well as the preventive maintenance requirements that are performed at time of merchandising.
CES will coordinate all final testing with the unit Call Center, ensuring that all diagnostic tests pass in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and a “purchase test” is successfully completed. Pictures of the final installation can be taken and forwarded as part of the installation readiness procedure.
